Payment Methods

As a customer of ePARK you can pay by bank card, credit card or by invoice depending on the type of parking ticket you purchased. If the parking ticket is purchased in our app, the payment is always charged to bank or credit card. If you have purchased your parking ticket with SMS you can also pay your purchase by e-mail invoice or paper invoice.

Invoice Payment for SMS Parking

In collaboration with Arvato Finance AB, we offer payment by invoice when you buy a parking ticket by SMS. To be able to pay by invoice, you must have turned 18 and be a Swedish resident. At the time of purchase, Arvato makes a simplified credit check. If you are unlikely to be offered an invoice, you may select another payment option. If you choose to pay by invoice, then we transfer the payment to Arvato, that bills you monthly for the previous month’s parking fees. The invoice is sent to the email address that you entered. If no e-mail address is specified, the invoice is sent to your official address. If the invoice is sent by mail, an administrative fee of SEK 25 will be added. Invoice must be payed within 14 days. In the event of late payment, an interest of 24% per year will be added and you will also receive a payment reminder for which a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added, in accordance with Swedish law.
